Return Eligibility

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Most items purchased from DJT Gear can be returned within 30 days of purchase, provided they meet our condition requirements. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

Return Timeframe

  • Standard Returns: 14 days from the date of purchase
  • Defective Items: 30 days from the date of purchase (for manufacturing defects)
  • Sale Items: 14 days from the date of purchase

Condition Requirements

To be eligible for return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In original, resalable condition
  • With all original tags and labels attached
  • In original packaging when possible
  • Free from damage, stains, or odors

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Items purchased more than 30 days ago
  • Items showing signs of wear or damage
  • Customized Print Designs

Return Process

Step 1: Initiate Your Return
Contact our customer service team to request a return authorization.

Step 2: Ship Your Item
Once approved, pack your item securely in its original packaging. Include your order number and reason for return.

Step 3: We Inspect Your Item
Upon receipt, we'll inspect your return to ensure it meets our condition requirements.

Step 4: Receive Your Refund
Once approved, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Shipping & Refunds

  • Return Shipping: We provide prepaid return labels for defective items. For other returns, customers cover return shipping costs.
  • Refund Timeline: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
  • Original Shipping: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us. Exchanges are subject to availability and must be requested within 30 days of purchase.
